 Base
and chair rail patterns are ordered in straight lengths
and do not need to be pre-formed by the factory. Mouldings
can be ordered in even foot increments from a minimum
of five feet to the full length of the tooling. There
is an exception with some smaller profiles such as base
shoe which is available in full lengths only. |

ULTIMATE FLEX casing
is used mostly for radius, arched, round and elliptical
openings. In most applications, ULTIMATE FLEX is used
only on the curved portion of the opening, while the
matching wood moulding is used on the straight runs.
NOTE: Every pattern has limitations on how tight a radius
it can be formed into. If your order includes a part
that has to be in a tight radius, check with our office
before ordering. |

Length needed = radius plus the width of the moulding in inches times 3.14. Divide
that number by 12, then round up to the next foot
